For Partners (Indian Nationals):

  1. PAN Card – Mandatory identity proof.
  2. Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport / Driving Licence – For address proof.
  3. Passport-size Photograph – Recent photo with a white background.
  4. Email ID and Mobile Number – For communication and verification.

For Partners (Foreign Nationals):

  1. Passport – Notarized and apostilled.
  2. Address Proof – Bank statement, driving licence, or utility bill (not older than 2 months), notarized and apostilled.
  3. Photograph, Email, and Contact Number – Same as above.

For Registered Office:

  1. Proof of Address – Utility bill (electricity, gas, water) or property tax receipt (not older than 2 months).
  2. NOC from Property Owner – If rented, a No Objection Certificate is required.
  3. Rent Agreement / Lease Deed – If applicable.

Other Documents:

  1. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) – Required for all designated partners.
  2. Director Identification Number (DIN) – Can be obtained during incorporation via Form FiLLiP.
